As Evan gets older and is now learning the ways of the Force (through watching Star Wars repeatedly, just like his father before him), I’m enjoying watching this young Padawan learner discover the Star Wars universe as well as teaching his younger brother how to handle a light sabre (you can’t hold it the other way, the laser will cut off your finger kind of thing).

Evan’s love of legos as well as Star Wars recently joined forces and he has been on a building maniac. This all started when we got him the Darth Vader Tie Fighter Lego kit. Sure, the label says for ages 8-14, but I knew Evan has built enough legos to build this one (his last lego work was like this whole city kit that Grandma got him).

Since I am also a lego fan and a Jedi, I really enjoyed spending quality time with Evan building Star Wars lego. I told Evan we will try to build one per month and I will post them on this blog as we move along.
